Refund policy

Please make contact with me should you have any concerns about a product. As these are made to order returns are not normally accepted as the goods cannot be resold.

Contact can be made at payments@tricksofthemind.com where I will respond to any issues you have within 1 business day. If a refund is required I will provide you with the shipping address and process the refund as soon as the item(s) is/are received by me.

If your product is damaged in any way on arrival please make contact per above and I will also respond within 1 business day and issue any replacements as necessary.
